Websites for public institutions, engineered like trading systems.

MOJUD is a small engineering team led by an ICPC World Finalist who spent nearly three years building low-latency trading systems. We design and build accessible, bilingual websites and web portals for government bodies, universities and businesses, and we measure every page before it ships.

Services

What we do

Six kinds of work, often combined in one contract: design it, build it, move the old content across, host it and keep it running.

  1. Government and institutional websites

    Ministries, councils, universities, PSUs

Websites built to GIGW 3.0 and WCAG 2.1 AA from the first page. English and Hindi are generated from one source, so the two versions never drift apart.

    • GIGW pages and policies
    • English and हिन्दी
    • DBIM and S3WaaS layouts
    • Tenders, recruitment, RTI
    • Support through STQC audit
  2. Design and prototyping

Before a line of production code

We build a working prototype first, with real navigation and real content in both languages. You make decisions on pages you can click through and share with your committee.

    • Audit of the current site
    • Site structure and menus
    • Clickable prototype
    • Design system
  3. Web portals and applications

    Forms, records, dashboards

Admission, recruitment, grievance and tender portals, dashboards and internal tools, with an admin panel your staff can run without calling us.

    • Role-based admin
    • Online applications
    • Search and filters
    • Payment gateway integration
    • Reports and exports
  4. Managed hosting and AMC

    We are your cloud MSP

We act as your managed service provider (MSP) on MeitY-empanelled cloud in India. We set up the servers, run and monitor them, and handle the cloud billing, so one vendor answers for both the website and its hosting. An annual maintenance contract covers content updates and fixes at an agreed response time.

    • MSP on MeitY-empanelled cloud
    • One bill for site and hosting
    • SSL and firewall
    • Daily backups to a second region
    • Uptime monitoring
    • Content updates
  5. Migration and Hindi content

Old site to new, nothing lost

We move every page, file and link from your old site. Hindi typed in Krutidev and other legacy fonts is converted to Unicode so it can be searched and read aloud, and scanned PDFs become accessible pages.

    • Krutidev to Unicode
    • PDF to accessible HTML
    • Redirects for old URLs
    • Content inventory
  6. High-performance engineering

    When milliseconds matter

C++ and low-latency systems, data pipelines, and fixing slow websites and APIs. This is the work our founder did every day at a trading firm.

    • C++ and low-latency systems
    • Kafka and Spark pipelines
    • Performance audits
    • Algorithms and optimisation

Selected work · Ministry of Ayush tender

A government website, built before the bid

For the Central Council for Research in Homoeopathy (CCRH) website tender, we built a working bilingual prototype of the new site as part of our tender response.

CCRH prototype home page in English: Government of India bar, CCRH header with search, main menu, a pausable announcement ticker, the headline 'Advancing homoeopathy through scientific research' and a list of latest updates. The same CCRH prototype home page in Hindi, with the menu, headline, buttons and figures in Devanagari.

Prepared for CCRH as part of a tender response. It is not the official CCRH website. Sample content was taken from ccrhindia.ayush.gov.in on 8 Oct 2026.

  • 14 pages in each language, built from one source
  • Header, menus and footer follow the S3WaaS / DBIM pattern
  • Instant search across pages, tenders, vacancies and publications
  • Tenders sorted into open, closed and archive by closing date
  • Text resize, high-contrast mode and a ticker you can pause

For IT firms and agencies

A build team for your government contracts

Government tenders ask for years of turnover and past government contracts. Firms that hold those credentials still need people to deliver the work. We join as your build team: you hold the contract and the client relationship, and we design, build, test and hand over.

Discuss a partnership
Your name on the work
We deliver under your brand and stay out of client meetings unless you bring us in.
Built to the tender
Every clause in the scope of work and the compliance sheet maps to a feature or a document you can point to.
Progress you can open
A staging link from the start, updated as we build, so you can show your client real pages at every review.
Complete handover
Source code, deployment notes, admin guides and every credential, handed to you at the end.
Hosting covered
When the tender includes hosting, we supply and run it as the MSP on MeitY-empanelled cloud, for the full contract term.
Confidential by default
We sign an NDA before reading anything that is not public.

Approach

How a project runs

The same six steps whether the client is a ministry or a private company. Steps two to four repeat until the site passes every check.

  1. STEP 1

    Read

We go through the tender or brief and list every requirement in a compliance sheet.

  2. STEP 2

    Prototype

A clickable site with real content in both languages, before the full build begins.

  3. STEP 3

    Build

Accessible pages, an admin panel your staff can use, and a staging link throughout.

  4. STEP 4

    Audit

axe-core and screen-reader checks, the GIGW 3.0 checklist and a security scan, before the formal audit.

  5. STEP 5

    Launch

Deployed on MeitY-empanelled cloud that we manage as your MSP, with SSL, backups, monitoring and redirects from old URLs.

  6. STEP 6

    Maintain

Content updates, patches and monthly reports under an annual maintenance contract.

The engineers you will work with

You talk directly to the people writing the code. There is no account manager in between.

Vedanshu Goyal

Founder · Lead engineer

Vedanshu leads design and engineering. Before MOJUD he spent nearly three years writing low-latency C++ at a quantitative trading firm: the order management system, market-data feeds handling about a million messages a second, lock-free queues and memory pools. Before that he built Java and Spring backends and PySpark data pipelines.
